At MonsterRich, we create personalized gifts made especially for you. Because many of our products are customized or made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

1. Processing & Production Time

Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days

Most personalized and made-to-order products require 3–5 business days to handcraft, process, and prepare before shipment.

Processing time begins after your order and all required personalization details have been successfully received.

Some products or complex customizations may require additional production time. If applicable, estimated processing times may be displayed on individual product pages or communicated to you.

Orders containing multiple items may be processed at different facilities and shipped separately.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

MonsterRich currently ships to the United States.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the products ordered, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier availability.

If we are unable to deliver an order to your shipping address, we may contact you for additional information or cancel and refund the affected order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Estimated Total Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 12–17 business days, including processing and shipping.

• Expedited Shipping: 10–15 business days, including processing and shipping.

• Free Standard Shipping: 12–17 business days, including processing and shipping.

Important Notes:

• Processing time and shipping time are calculated separately.

• Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and dispatched.

• Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible orders of $79 or more.

• Free shipping eligibility is determined at checkout according to the applicable order value and shipping rules.

• Expedited Shipping is available for an additional shipping charge and does not reduce the processing or production time.

• Shipping options and final charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For example, an order requiring 4 business days of production and 10 business days of shipping would have an estimated total delivery time of 14 business days.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

All processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery dates may be displayed on product pages, during checkout, or in order-related communications.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances including:

• Carrier or logistics delays

• Customs clearance or inspections

• Severe weather conditions

• Public holidays and peak shopping seasons

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Unexpected production or fulfillment delays

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframes.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow time for your tracking number to become active after the shipping carrier receives or processes your package.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6. Multiple Shipments

Products within the same order may be produced or fulfilled by different production partners or fulfillment facilities.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because MonsterRich chooses to fulfill your order in multiple shipments, unless otherwise clearly disclosed before purchase.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update your shipping information before the order is shipped. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

MonsterRich is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, is materially delayed, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly due to a carrier or fulfillment error, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help investigate the issue, we may request:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product or packaging

• Tracking information

• A description of the problem

• Other relevant information reasonably necessary to review your claim

Where appropriate, we may coordinate with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check your delivery location, mailbox, and any safe locations where the package may have been left.

2. Ask household members or neighbors whether they received the package.

3. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

4. Contact MonsterRich customer support if the package remains missing.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the investigation and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances.

10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Although MonsterRich currently ships to the United States, shipments may originate from international fulfillment locations.

Orders may be subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges.

Customs processing and inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Any shipping or tax charges disclosed at checkout will be handled according to the applicable checkout terms and legal requirements.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many MonsterRich products are personalized or made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before production or fulfillment begins.

However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production, fulfillment, or shipment has started.
